January 16th - Classic - THE TEMPEST by William Shakespeare - directed by Ben Layman

The entire play takes place on an island under control of magical powers of Prospero, rightful Duke of Milan whose native
inhabitants, Ariel and Caliban, respectively aid or hinder his work.

February 20th - Children's - WIND IN THE WILLOWS
by Alan Bennett based on story by Kenneth Grahame – directed by Lisa Reilich

This ingenious adaptation of the classic children’s novel created a sensation at the National Theatre of Great Britain. Here are
Badger, Rat, Mole, and Toad of Toad Hall in the familiar tale with a contemporary slant.

March 20th-Local Playwright-THE WOOER by Chalmers Hardenbergh-directed by Laurie Schreiber

Can one man successfully woo another man, and a woman, at the same time? On talk radio? Tune in to find out!

April 17th - Comedy - DEAD MAN'S CELL PHONE by Sarah Ruhl - directed by Pauline Angione

This dark comedy by the author of Pulitzer runner-up, THE CLEAN HOUSE, is about how we memorialize the dead - and how
that remembering changes us. It is the odyssey of a woman forced to confront her own assumptions about morality, redemption,
and the need to connect in a technologically obsessed world.

May 15th - Drama - SKY SCRAPER by David Auburn - directed by Bonnie Myers

Written by Pulitzer and Tony award winner of PROOF, on a rainy night in Chicago, six strangers collide on the rooftop of a
historic building targeted for demolition in this dark comedy about architecture, happenstance, memory and love.

June 19th - Adult - BENT by Martin Sherman – directed by Cynthia Thayer

This classic play was first produced in 1979, and was an important milestone in the public’s awareness of gay issues. It follows
the story of a gay man in Nazi Germany – dealing first with social oppression and then with the cruelty of a concentration camp.
Man’s inhumanity to man can go down some very dark roads.
