Fresh Cranberry Sauce
- 12 oz (1 bag) fresh
cranberries--about 2 cups?
- 1 1/2 to 2 cups sugar
( I use 1 1/2)
- 1 cup water
Heat to boil in
pan on stovetop. Boil about 6 minutes or until cranberries split.
Mash or leave whole
Cool.
Serve
It thickens as it cools to
nice "jelly like" consistency.
