Baked Tilapia with Ginger Dressing

(Use Makoto Ginger Dressing--or similar sweet ginger/sesame dressing.)

Spray some baking dishes with Pam. Arrange rinsed tilapia filets on bottom of dishes in single layer.

Spoon ginger dressing (1-2 Tablespoons) on top of each filet, covering with a thin layer of the dressing .

Let stand 1/2 hour - 2 hours in refrigerator. (Or, let stand 15-20 min. unrefrigerated.)

Bake 15-20 min in preheated 350 degree oven. Check for doneness.

Bake another 5 minutes uncovered if needed.

Remove from oven. Cover again to keep hot.
